Roadmap 2010 Evaluation Report

In September 2009 the CEI-Bois Board decided to have an external evaluation of the Roadmap 2010 activities carried out and assigned this task to Mr Henric Endoff of the Agenda Business Development company.

The task assigned consisted in the following:

  • A review of fundamental drivers and their outcome to date (Comparison of starting point ni 2004 with the situation in 2009)
  • Achievements to date vs. set goals for Action Programmes (What did one plan to do and what has been done in practice so far and/or is still running)
  • Which lessons can be learned so far and what ought to be considered for future work
  • What are the views from the member organizations on the tasks and focus for CEI-Bois work

Mr Endoff presented the main findings and conclusions of this evaluation work at the CEI-Bois General Assembly held in Brussels on 20 November 2009. As an overall conclusion, Mr Endoff stated that the Roadmap action was worth the effort and that the overall achievement must be viewed as most promising for an even more successful follow-up.
